RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS THESE GOODS ARE PERSONALIZED AND CAN NOT BE RESOLD UNLESS THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE MONOGRAMMING ON OUR PART OR THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with an order send us an email so we can try to resolve the issue.  All sales are final on personalized items as these goods can not be resold.

Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products) must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise
and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit.  Inspect your products immediately.  Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of merchandise.

Incorrect Monogram Information given. Please be specific and specify to us the last name so we guarantee you placed the monogram letters in the exact right order. We can not be responsible for incorrect order entry so please add any needed notes to the notes section at time of order.

Also please note thread colors are shown on the order screen or in a fonts image when placing your order.  We will not issue any refunds on items you don't like the thread color you chose on the item. These are your choices and we honor any that you decide on. Please understand we want you 100% happy and will fix anything we did by mistake or wrong but can't return or issue credit on what you specify if it was monogrammed correctly and what you requested.
